12. To install the side shelf handle, remove the bolt and washer
from one side of the handle (cap remains with handle).
From beneath shelf, place washer onto bolt and insert bolt
through end of shelf bracket, side shelf, and into handle.
Leave bolt loose until other side of handle is attached, then
fully tighten both sides. Repeat for other side shelf.
Assemble the matchlight stick and chain on
the Right rear leg using 3/16"x1/2" self tapping
Phillip's head screw. See Fig. 3.

13. Install basket to right side panel by
placing basket hooks into panel
vents and securing bottom of
basket to panel using 2 of the
3/16x3/8" Phillipshead screws
and 3/16" lock nuts. Fully
tighten. See Fig. 4.

Basket
To reduce the weight of the grill head, open the grill lid and
remove the packed components. This step requires 2 people
to lift and position the grill head onto the cart.
15. HINT: Slide grill head into cart from the front. Use care to
avoid scratching tops of side shelves. Align the 2 holes
beneath the hang ledge on each side of the grill head with
the 2 holes in the side shelf and bowl support bracket on
the cart. Raise the grill lid and insert 4 of the 1/4x1/2"
Phillipshead screws. Beneath the side shelves, add
1/4" nuts. Do not fully tighten. See Fig. 5.
