Useful File Operation Functions

To perform various operations on stored files, press [Access Stored Files] on the Main Menu screen. This section describes the
functions you can use to edit stored files. Select the file that you want to edit from the list of stored files, press [Edit File], and the
following screen is displayed.
If you are using the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C2030L/C2020L, an optional product is required to use the Advanced Space of other
imageRUNNER ADVANCE series machines on the network.
[Add Files (Scan and Store)]
Add Files
You can scan the original and store the new file in the selected
storage location.
[Delete]
Delete Stored Files
You can delete stored files. You can erase unnecessary files and
arrange the storage location.
[Details]
Check Detailed Information for Stored Files
You can check the detailed information for the stored file.
