Useful File Operation Functions

To perform various operations on stored fi les, press [Access Stored Files] on the Main Menu screen.
Edit Files
The machine can perform various operations on the stored fi les.
* As an example, [Mail Box] is selected as the fi le storage location.
* The number in the screen indicates the order of the procedure.

Confi rm Content of Stored Files (Display Image)
This mode enables you to preview the stored
fi le and check the page count.
* The setting may not be available, depending on
the storage or fi le format.
