Useful Fax Functions

To use the Fax functions, press [Fax] on the Main Menu screen. This section describes the main functions on the Basic Features screen
of the Fax function. For more information on the functions, see e-Manual > Sending/Receiving a Fax. An optional product is required to
use the Fax function.

[Details]
Check the Detailed Information for the Destination
You can check the detailed information for the destination selected
from the Address Book. You can change the new destination.
[Delete Dest.]
Delete Specified Destination
You can delete the selected destination from the destination list.

[Tone]
Fax Information Services
Press [Tone] to temporarily set the machine for tone dialing to use
various fax information services.
[Previous Settings]
Recall Previous Settings and Fax
You can recall the three most recent destinations or fax settings, and
send a fax using the recalled destination and settings.
