DISASSEMBLY THE ENGINE

DISASSEMBLY ENGINE

REAR WHEEL

1. Remove:
• Rear wheel
• Brake shoes
• Flat washer
CENTRAL STAND
1. Remove:
• Clip
• Rubber washer
• Axle
• Clasp
• Spring
• Central stand
CYLINDER HEAD AND CYLINDER
1. Remove:
• Cover
• Cylinder head
• Cylinder head gasket
NOTE:
• Before loosening the cylinder head, loosen
the spark plug
• The position nuts of the cylinder head
should be loosened by 1/2 a turn each time
and then removed.
2. Remove:
• Cylinder
• Cylinder gasket
PISTON PIN AND PISTON
1. Remove:
• Piston pin clip
NOTE:
Before removing the piston pin clip, cover the
crankcase with a clean cloth so that it does
not accidentally fall into the crankcase.
