TP-LINK(config)# interface ethernet 5
TP-LINK(config-if)# port rate-limit ingress 10m egress 1m

The port rate-limit disable ingress command is used to disable the
ingress-rate limit.
Syntax
port rate-limit disable ingress
Command Mode
Interface Configuration Mode（interface ethernet / interface range ethernet）
Example
Disable the ingress-rate limit for port5:
TP-LINK(config)# interface ethernet 5
TP-LINK(config-if)# port rate-limit disable ingress
