C. If you still cannot see the on-board adapter or continue to have problems installing Windows NT,
please fill out the included customer support form and call Intel Customer Support. Please pay
special attention to the following information:
Can you see the on-board Adaptec 7899 SCSI controller identify itself during POST?
Can you see the drives getting logged during POST? (You should see the manufacturer's
name and drive type during the Adaptec SCSI scan).
Can you see other drives identify themselves during POST, such as IDE CDROMs, IDE
hard drives, etc.
What is the termination status of each hard disk drive? (Drives in the SC5000 server
chassis SCSI hotswap backplane are automatically terminated.)
