The Flash ROM is an 8 MB Intel
accessed using PCE0.

General Purpose
Under normal operation, the very first instruction access by the Intel XScale
0x0 on the 80219 Internal Bus. By default, address 0x0 is pointing to PCE0 where flash is located.
