8 DRYING

In these dishwashers, the dishes are dried by means of a steam condensation process. The drying
system is based on the circulation of the hot air produced during the hot rinse, in which the steam circulates
inside the condenser of the fill tank.
The steam (humid hot air) produced during the hot rinse, enters from below through the steam venting
grille and circulates slowly inside the chamber of the fill tank where it condensates and then exits through
the upper part.
