X9DA7/X9DAE Motherboard User's Manual

SPDIF_In/SPDIF_Out Headers

The SPDIF_In (JSPDIF_In) and SP-
DIF_Out (JSPDIF_Out) headers are
located next to the GLAN Controller
on the motherboard. Place a cap on
each header for audio support. You
will also need to have a cable to use
each connection.

DOM Power Connector

A power connector for SATA DOM
(Disk_On_Module) devices is located
at JSD1. Connect an appropriate
cable here to provide backup power
support for your SATA DOM devices
to retain cache data during power
outage. See the table on the right for
pin definitions..
