Chapter 3 Configuration Guide

3.1 Preparing Configuration

Connect the HG510 and computer with a cross-over/
straight-through Ethernet cable.
Power on the HG510.
The default IP of the HG510 is 192.168.1.1.

3.2 Establishing the Connection

Enter the IP address (default is 192.168.1.1) of the HG510 from
the Web Browser.
1) In the dialog box displayed, as shown in Figure 3-1, enter
the user name and password. By default, the user name and
password are admin.
