Using the answering machine

via the base unit

To playback all messages
Press the PLAY button.
The prompt will announce,
"You have (n) messages".
Your message(s) will be
played back, starting with the
first message received. Both
new and old messages will be
played.

At the start of each message,
the number of the message is
announced. The message
number will also be shown on
the base unit display.
Note
Press the button at any time during
Stop
playback to stop messages playing.
To playback new
messages only
Press and hold the PLAY
button.
The prompt will announce,
"You have (n) new messages"
or "You have no new messages".
Your new message(s) will be
played back, starting with the
first message received.
