    There are no internal parts in the UPS that are user serviceable. Any repair or maintenance work must be performed exclusively by qualified technical personnel authorized by TECNOWARE.     The RS-232 and USB signals are all isolated through photo-couplers from the dangerous voltages that are present inside the UPS.
