time. Another option allows to power all server blades on/off if the system unit is on.
Current System Power: The system unit can be switched off with "hard power
off" or "graceful shutdown" and off. The system unit can be switched on
("power on") if it is off.
Power Switch: In the case of Enable: if "graceful shutdown and off" was
selected in the box above and the system unit does not shut down in the time
specified under "Delay After Power-Off Failed", a hard power-off is enforced
for the system unit.
Enable Forced Power-Off: Enables/disables the forced power-off

Delay After Power-Off Failed: Determines the forced power-off delay (1

~ 7 minutes).
Power Off System Unit After Last Server Blade Stopped: Determines to

power off the system not before the last server blade has stopped.
Server Blade Power Control Here all server blades can be shut down
sequentially (executed in "graceful shutdown and off" mode) or started up
sequentially when the system unit is running.

Power-On/Off Time
In this box you set a power on/off time for the system, either for each

individual weekday or for the entire week ("Every Day"). Caution: The
times set here may overrule the corresponding times of one or more
server blades. You can prevent such conflicts by using the "Optimum
Time" button, which displays the optimum time from the point of view
of the server blades. Only then should you enable the settings with
"Apply".
If the power control has been configured under "Settings – Alerting",
you can set the time in advance at which the alert message is to be sent
in the "Trap" input field.

Power Consumption Options
Enable Power Monitoring History: Enables/disables the power

monitoring history displayed in the "Monitoring" tab.
Consumption Mode: Sets the consumption mode.

Turn On All Server Blades: Powers on all server blades
sequentially.
Turn Off All Server Blades: Powers off all server blades
sequentially.
disable: No power consumption control.
Consumption Control: If a power consumption policy is to be set
in the "Consumption Control" box below (third box, "Operation
Mode" field), "Consumption Control" must be set for the
"Consumption Mode".
Consumption Limitation: If a power consumption limit is to be
set in the "Consumption Limitation" box below (4th box, "Limit
Threshold" field), the "Consumption Mode" must be set to
"Consumption Limitation". With this mode, the MMB monitors
the system unit power consumption and provides information
