15.6.2. Diagnosis messages

If a code number (E....) is displayed without a tool symbol, you may repair this yourself if the code number is
listed below.
NOTE:
If the code number displayed is not listed here, or if the stated measures do not rectify the problem, please
contact a specialist workshop immediatel

Measures
Charge the rechargeable battery pack.
Disconnect the charging device from the EPAC.
Turn the pedalling assistance on again.
Please contact your specialist bicycle dealer
immediately.
Stop at an appropriate location and wait until
the motor has cooled down.
Otherwise the power of the drive is reduced
until the motor temperature has gone down of
its own accord.
The display has to be readjusted. Please
contact your specialist bicycle dealer.
Keep the light button pressed down for 5
sections for calibration.
Wait until the rechargeable battery pack is
within the temperature limits. Charging then
continues automatically.
Please contact your specialist bicycle dealer
immediately.
The assistance is automatically readjusted due
to excessive load.
Switch the lights on and off and wait for 10
seconds.
Connect the charging device.
If this display is shown repeatedly, please
contact your specialist bicycle dealer.
The code of the rechargeable battery pack and
control unit do not match. Please contact your
specialist bicycle dealer.
Turn the pedalling assistance off and on again.
Allow the rechargeable battery pack to cool
down and then switch the assistance on again.
Please contact your specialist bicycle dealer
immediately.
