Changing the MIDI message type
generated via the PROGRAM [DEC]
and [INC] buttons
With the default initial settings, pressing either of the
PROGRAM [DEC] and [INC] buttons transmits two
types of the MIDI messages: Program Change and
VSTi Remote. Depending on the VSTi, an Instrument
is selected via several cases: only the Program
Change, only the VSTi Remote message, and both
the Program Change and VSTi Remote. You can set
which message is transmitted when pressing the
PROGRAM [DEC]/[INC] button according to the
specification of the VSTi.
1.
Press the [UTILITY] button.
The LED lamp above the button lights and the
Utility display appears.

Use the SELECT [▲] and [▼] buttons to call
up "PrgChgMode."
3.
Use the DATA [DEC] and [INC] buttons to
select the desired setting from the following
menus.
When this is selected, pressing the
PROGRAM [DEC]/[INC] button
PC+Remote
trasnmits both the Program Change
message and the VSTi Remote
messages.
When this is selected, pressing the
PROGRAM [DEC]/[INC] button
ProgChg
transmits only the Program Change
message.
When this is selected, pressing the
PROGRAM [DEC]/[INC] button
Remote
transmits only the VSTi Remote
message.
4.
Press the [EXIT] button to return to the Top
display.
