Changing the Control Change
generated by using the CONTROL
knob (Editing a Control Template)
When the KnobOutSel parameter (page 23) is set to
"CC" (Control Change), you can change the Control
Change number assigned to the CONTROL knob
from the default one to your desired one.

NOTE
The setting here is to be store on internal
memory automatically (without the store
operation). If you want to back up the setting
here, use the KX Editor (page 6) to store the
setting to a computer.
Press the [CONTROL TEMPLATE] button.
The LED lamp lights and the Control Template
selection display appears.
NOTE
When the different display appears even if
pressing the [CONTROL TEMPLATE]
button, press the [CONTROL TEMPLATE]
button again or press the SELECT [▲]
button once or twice to call up the Control
Template selection display.
Use the DATA [DEC] and [INC] buttons to
select the desired Control Template.
Use the SELECT [▲] and [▼] buttons to
select the desired CONTROL knob.
NOTE
The Control Changes which can be used to
adjust the parameters differ depending on
the VSTi. For details, refer to the manual of
the VSTi.
Use the DATA [DEC] and [INC] buttons to
change the Control Change number of the
selected CONTROL knob.
NOTE
The display of the KX shows the Control
Change number in decimal. Keep in mind
that the Control Change number may be
described in hexadecimal depending on the
manual of the VSTi.
Press the [EXIT] button to return to the
original display.
