Watch your telephone display.

-Your display shows information for the
group selected in the previous step. For
example, if your display shows, "02
L-04 00:47," you have two calls waiting
(02). The call on line 4 (L-04) has been
waiting longest: 47 seconds (00:47).
Lift handset.

Press ICM, then PGM#.

Press DSS key for agent you'll change.

Dial 7 to remove agent; 4 to install.

Dial MV (Master Voice Message).

Enter the number of the message you want

-Your communications manager can tell
you which message to record. Message
00 is the standard ACD All Agents Busy
