    Account Codes Account Codes Account Codes are codes you enter that help keep track of outside calls. There are two types of Account Codes: Optional and Forced. With optional codes, the Account Codes you enter are solely for cate- gorizing your calls. For example, if you work in an accounting firm that must bill back customers for time on the phone, Optional Account Codes are for you.
