Troubleshooting
Problem
Screen displays with no
sound.
Screen turns on, then
immediately off.
No picture (or incorrect
picture) on screen, and
pressing the Power
button has no effect.
No screen display after
pressing Power button.
The cartridge icon
does not appear on

Solution
Adjust the volume control.
Unplug headphones from
headphone jack.
Disconnect all power supplies
(batteries and adaptor), then
reconnect all power supplies.
Make sure to install all batteries in
the battery compartment.
Securely connect the AC adaptor or
car adaptor to both the InnoTab
and the power source.
Remove the cartridge, clean it if
necessary, and then re-insert it
into the InnoTab
3S.
®
Check the cartridge label or
cartridge user's manual to
make sure it is compatible to
InnoTab
3S.
®
Securely connect the USB cable to
InnoTab
3S and the computer.
®
Connect the InnoTab
to the computer, without using a
hub.
Replace backup battery and make
sure the backup battery is installed
correctly (for backup battery
replacement instructions, please
see Backup Battery Replacement
section on page 29).
