Touch screen is
inaccurate or it is

Follow the steps on the screen.
Format the microSD memory card
to FAT32 in your computer.
If formatting the memory is
necessary, make sure it is
formatted to FAT32.
Go to Settings - Parent Settings -
to turn on Wi-Fi.
Register your tablet on Learning
Lodge , and make sure the
TM
firmware is the most up-to-date
version. For the instructions,
please see the Preparing to Use
Wi-Fi section on page 9.
Move to a location that has an
available Wi-Fi network.
Make sure the network is
configured properly and there is no
firewall blocking Internet access. If
a password is needed, make sure
the correct password is entered
with the appropriate uppercase/
lowercase letters indicated.
Charge the rechargeable battery
packs for 24 hours (keep charging
even after the battery charging
indicator light stops flashing).
