Troubleshooting
Problem
Screen displays with no
sound.
Screen turns on, then
immediately off.
No picture (or incorrect
picture) on screen, and
pressing the Power
button has no effect.
No screen display after
pressing Power button.
The cartridge icon does
not appear on desktop.
USB connection
window does not pop
up after connecting to
computer.
Touch screen is
inaccurate or it is
impossible to select
the correct icon on the
screen.

Possible Reason
Volume is turned down.
Headphones are
connected.
Battery power low.
Program needs to be
reset.
Battery power low.
Incomplete battery
installation.
Poor cartridge
connection.
Poor USB cable
connection.
Connection is running
through USB hub.
Touch screen requires
calibration.
Small particles inside gap
of LCD screen.
Solution
Adjust the volume control.
Unplug headphones from
headphone jack.
Replace the battery.
Disconnect all power supplies
(batteries), then reconnect all
power supplies.
Press the Power button.
Remove the cartridge, clean it if
necessary, and then re-insert it
into the InnoTab
3 Baby.

Replace the battery.
Make sure to install all batteries in
the battery compartment.
Remove the cartridge, clean it if
necessary, and then re-insert it
into the InnoTab

Securely connect the USB cable
to InnoTab
3 Baby and the

computer.
Connect the InnoTab
directly to the computer, without
using a hub.
Turn the InnoTab

Use a tooth pick to gently remove
any small particles within the gap.
