Cartridge ® ® Make sure the unit is turned off. Insert the InnoTab cartridge firmly down into the cartridge slot located on the back of the unit and push until it clicks into place as shown in the below image. -

If this happens, and the unit does not respond to pressing the ON/OFF buttons, disconnect the AC adaptor from the main unit or remove the batteries. -
