Regular periodic maintenance on your machine will
ensure its optimum performance. Make a habit of
inspecting your machine each time you use it.
Loose mounting bolts.
Worn switch.
Worn or damaged cords and plugs.
Damaged bandsaw blade.
Any other condition that could hamper the safe
operation of this machine.
Frequently use a brush and a shop vacuum to remove
chips and other debris from the machine. Keep the non-
painted surfaces rust-free with regular applications of an
anti-rust protectorate.
Periodically, remove the blade and thoroughly clean all
metal chips or built-up grease from the wheel surfaces
and blade housing.
Before applying lubricant to any area, wipe the area clean
to avoid contamination. Lubricate the vice screw shown in
with multi-purpose gear grease.
Remove the cover on the gearbox shown in
coat the gears with multi-purpose gear grease.
