Winegard TRAV'LER SK-1000 Setup Instructions

The following instructions assume that the TRAV'LER
119° and 129°. There should be an asterisk next to 110°, 119°, and 129° on the TRAV'LER interface.
The following instructions are based on a ViP
you may need to consult your receiver manual. The wording and display used in your receiver may
differ slightly.

Receiver Setup for SK-1000

Press Menu on
your remote.
Select option 6,

System Setup.

Select option 1,

Point Dish.

If your receiver is showing a switch type of DPP1K.2, then a check switch test is
not necessary. In that case, skip to step 7 to complete DISH receiver setup.
If it is of any other type other than DPP1K.2, then check that there are no
checkmarks by SuperDISH or Alternate, and select Test.
Verify that the

check switch

resulted in a
switch type of DPP
1K.2 and that there
is a green OK
status on Satellite
110, 119 & 129.

® 211 receiver. If your receiver differs from the options shown,

Select option 1,

Installation.

Select
Check Switch.
Press Cancel
four times to
exit the receiver
menu.
The receiver
setup is now
complete.
