This chapter lists a number of useful features that are available
to you. For example, learn how to use the calendar and how to
use tasks.
You will also receive instructions on how to use the timer,
the alarm clock, notes and the calculator. Included in the phone
is also a feature that allows you to remember all your codes;
the code memo.

Calendar

You can use the calendar to keep track of important meetings
that you need to attend. The calendar can be synchronized with
a PC calendar or with a calendar on the Web %73 Synchronizing.
Appointments
You can save up to 300 appointments depending on the size
of each item. You can choose to add a new appointment or
use an old one as a template by copying and editing it.
You can also set a reminder for an appointment.
To add a new appointment
1. } Organizer } Calendar and highlight the date for the
appointment } Select } New appointment } Add.
2. Enter date, subject, location and reminder. Confirm each entry.
