Description of Fix
DEF19560
When an intercom call is put on hold on the phone and the phone sends a re-INV to the Broadsoft
server, no messages are received from the server. As a result, call hold fails and the phone does not
hang up the intercom call. The phone ignores the Goodbye key. The server must disconnect in order
to hang up the call on the phone.
This has been corrected. When an intercom call is on hold and the phone sends a re-INV, the held
call now hangs up as expected.
DEF19724
When a User configured more than one BLA account on the phone, the second BLA account never
subscribed.
This is now corrected. You can now configure more than one BLA account on the phone.
DEF19990
When a softkey type on the phone or expansion module was changed to Busy Lamp Field (BLF), the
phone would freeze.
This is now corrected. The phone no longer freezes when setting a softkey to BLF.
DEF20004
When lines on the phone were changed from Shared Call Appearance (SCA) phone lines to generic
phone lines, the SCA lines did not unsubscribe.
This is now corrected and the lines unsubscribe when applicable.
DEF20013
For BLA lines, when a call was made from the phone using the speakerphone (handset was in the
cradle), and then the caller lifted and hung up the handset to terminate the original call before the
destination answered. Intermittently, the phone would reboot.
This has been corrected and the phone no longer reboots during this scenario.
DEF20021
For phones using Broadsoft servers, when the phone was set to the audio mode of "headset",
comm-pilot assisted outbound calls were answered on the speakerphone instead of the headset.
This has been corrected. The phone now uses the correct audio mode set on the phone.
DEF20022
After the phone is registered and a call is made to a remote phone, if you place the call on hold and
then take the call off hold, the phones sends an INVITE with a "Replaces Header". If you attempt to
make another call between the phones, the call fails.
This has been corrected.
ENH20222
The 6739i IP Phone now has support for BLF Directed Call Pickup using the "Replaces Header."
The following example shows how this feature works.
Example
1 Phone A and B and C register with the registration server.
2 Phone A has a BLF key to monitor Phone B.
3 Directed call pickup (DCP) is also enabled on Phone A.
4 Phone C calls Phone B. Phone B starts ringing.
5 On Phone A, the BLF key for Phone B begins flashing, and the User presses the BLF key.
6 Phone A sends an INVITE with a "Replaces Header" to the server.
DEF20269
During a BLA call, when a caller picked up a call on the phone, the phone sent a NOTIFY with
Unicode in the message body. Since the phone only accepts the UTF-8 chararcter set, the NOTIFY
was unrecognizable and the BLA call failed for other shared parties.
This has been corrected.
