To install a half-height or full-height media device:
Power down the server (on page 24).

Do one of the following:

Open or remove the tower bezel, as needed

Extend the server from the rack (on page 24).

Remove the access panel (on page 26).

Remove the media bay blank (on page 27).

Install the guide screws

Slide the drive about three-fourths of the way into the bay, leaving room to connect cables at the back
