Setup menu
Speaker Level
Use this feature to manually balance the speaker levels.
Control range: -20 to +20 (Test Tone: Off, On)
Initial setting: 0 (Test Tone: Off, SWFR: +6)

Use this feature to select the speakers from which the LFE
(low-frequency effect) and the low-frequency signals will
be output.

• When surround speakers are connected, "- - -" is displayed and
you cannot set the "Air Surround Xtreme" setting. The AIR
SURROUND XTREME function is not available in this case.
• When DSP Program is set to "Off' or "Music Enhancer", the
AIR SURROUND XTREME function is deactivated.
• When "Air Surround Xtreme" is set to "Yes", the connected
external sources output Dolby Digital or PCM signals instead of
Dolby TrueHD or Dolby Digital Plus signals. For details, refer
to the owner's manual of the component.
Use this menu to change the various sound settings.
The choices indicated in bold are selected by default.
Air Surround Xtreme
The AIR SURROUND XTREME technology enables you
to enjoy up to 7. I-channel sound (when multi-channel
PCM signals are input) without using surround speakers
by simulating sound from virtual speakers.
Does not change the phase of your
subwoofer.
Sets the phase of the subwoofer to reverse.

Crossover
Use this feature to select the crossover frequency of
speakers that are set to "Small". All frequencies below the
selected frequency are sent to the subwoofer or to the
speakers set to "Large".
Choices: 40Hz, 60Hz, 80Hz, 100Hz, 120Hz, 160Hz,
200Hz
Subwoofer Phase
Use this feature to switch the phase of your subwoofer if
the bass sound is too weak or unclear.
When "Front" is selected, you cannot adjust the subwoofer level
using the pop up menu.

I Output(s) the low-frequency signals of the front channels and
other speakers set to "Small".
