 Times Sent–The.number.of.times.the.message.has.
been.sent..While.a.single.message.transmission.has..
a.good.probability.of.being.received,.waiting.for.the.

the.highest.probability.of.a.successful.delivery.
 Time Started–The.time.the.message.was.initiated.
