Tools Required: 3/8 inch wrench or 3/8 inch socket.
Step 1
Turn the power OFF. Disconnect the power cord from the outlet.
Step 2
Remove the HOUSING. (See "How To...")
Step 3
Prop up the (2) PEDAL LEVERS to relieve the tension from the belt.

Retainer Bolts
Clutch
Drive Belt
Arm Pulley
Step 4
Using a 3/8 socket or wrench remove the (4) retainer bolts and remove the retainers brackets from each side.
Step 5
Carefully slide belt off of the clutch assemblies, through the pedal arm and the lower pulleys to remove.
Step 6
Reverse steps 1 through 7 to install new drive belt and secure shrouds.
