383 ： Paper Jam
Condition
Paper jam in the fuser or near the entrance to the duplex unit
1. The DUP-IN1 sensor does not change to ON-state within the predefined time after the Exit sensor changed to ON-state.
The printer stops printing immediately when the jam occurs.
Cause
1. Paper path switch separator does not work.
2. A piece of paper, foreign substance, etc., got stuck in the DUP-IN1 sensor lever.
