Check the LVPS output voltages at the

POWER connector on the Engine

Yes
Clean the LVPS if dirty.
If damaged,
replace the LVPS
Replace the Engine
Controller Board.
No
Go to Step 2.
Replace the LVPS
or
POWER harness.
