Check the following for evidence of

correctly installed and fully seated.
Check the Duplex Unit version using

the Printer Configuration Sheet

Duplex Connector
Is there any damage?
Is the version current?
Yes
Replace any damaged
parts.
Go to Step 3.
Replace Engine
Control Board
if the error persists,
replace the DUPLEX
harness.
No
Go to Step 2.
Reseat the Duplex
Unit
Replace the
