Computers Excluded from Filter

Excluded computers can access any website without being affected by the content filter. You can register up to 20
excluded computers. To add a computer:

On the Web Filtering screen, click Add under "Computers Excluded from Filter" to open the Exclude Computer
page.

Enter a computer's MAC address. If you need help locating a computer's MAC address, consult the computer's
manual, or visit the next section.

Click Add.
You will be returned to the Web Filtering screen and the computer will be displayed under "Computers Excluded from
Filter". You can click Edit to make any changes, or Delete to remove the entry.

Finding a Computer's MAC Address

Follow the steps below to locate a computer's MAC address.

On your PC desktop, click on Start and type 'cmd' into the Search Bar.

The Command Prompt appears. Type 'ipconfig /all' and hit Enter.

Locate the Physical Address. This is the computer's MAC address.
