To display FLASH image information or update an image:
1.
From the Top Menu, enter

The application image information is displayed. You are prompted to update the
application image. Enter
If you indicate yes, you are prompted for the IP address of the TFTP server and
the application image filename. After you enter these, the application image
upgrade is initiated.

The boot image information is displayed. You are prompted to update the boot
image. Enter
If you indicate yes, you are prompted for the IP address of the TFTP server and
the boot image filename. You are also prompted to update the bootloader
regardless of version. It is recommended that this option not be enabled (that is,
enter
). After the prompts are answered, the boot image upgrade is initiated.

The new FLASH image(s) will be used after the ESP-2 hub reboots.
5.8 Displaying or Changing Configurable Features
The Configurable Features display includes the current settings of the features
described in Table 16 on page 26.
When the ESP-2 serial hub is reinitialized, all configurable features are restored to
their default settings.
To view or change configurable features:
1.
From the Top Menu, enter

The current state (enabled or disabled) of each feature is displayed. You are
prompted to change the state for each feature. Enter

disable that feature. If you enter

5.9 Downloading a Configuration File
To ease the task of configuration, the ESP-2 hub supports file-based configuration.
The Configuration Download operation initiates the loading of a configuration file
from a TFTP server. The commands in the file are processed and the configuration is
then updated. See Configuration Files on page 40 for more information.
To download and process a configuration file:

From the Top Menu, enter

You are prompted to specify the TFTP server IP address and the pathname of the
configuration file. Enter those values.
