The program is ended automatically after the cooking time is over or
when the core temperature is reached.
A signal sounds and the lighting in the cooking chamber flashes.
→ Press S t a r t / St o p ( 8 ) or open the door of the chamber to turn off
the signal.

→ Press S t a r t / s t o p ( 8 ) to end the program prematurely.

2. Press C o m b i Di a l ( 9 ) .
3. Press the left s e le c t bu t t o n (1 3 ) to display the last cooking
program.
The programs that were last used are shown, up to a maximum of ten.
You can change the cooking time, cooking temperature or target core
temperature for the individual cooking steps during operation by using
the buttons Co re t e m p e ra t u r e ( 7 ), Co o k i n g t i me (1 1 ), Co o k i n g
t e m p e ra t u re (1 2 ) and C o m b i Di a l ( 9 ) .
