USING HOLD WARM
Food Poisoning Hazard
Do not let food sit in oven more than one hour
before or after cooking.
Doing so can result in food poisoning or
sickness.

HOLD WARM keeps hot, cooked food warm in your
microwave oven. You can use HOLD WARM by
itself, or to automatically
follow a cooking cycle.

• Opening the oven door cancels HOLD WARM.
Close the door and touch HOLD WARM, then
touch START/ENTER if additional HOLD WARM
time is desired.

• Food cooked covered should be covered during
HOLD WARM.
• Pastry items (pies, turnovers, etc.) should be
uncovered during HOLD WARM.
• Complete meals kept warm on a dinner plate
should be covered during HOLD WARM.
• Do not use more than one complete HOLD WARM
cycle. The quality of some foods will suffer with
extended time.
1. Put hot, cooked food in the oven and
close the door.
• While entering cooking instructions, touch
HOLD WARM before touching START/ENTER,
or during cooking.
• When the last cooking cycle is over, you will hear
four tones. "WARM" will come on while the oven
continues to run.
