Applying an Insertion-Type Effect
During Playback
When playing back an acoustic guitar or vocal, it is common to insert an
effect such as "Guitar Multi" or "Vocal Multi." Here we will give an
example of applying an insertion-type effect such as Mic Simulator (FX2) to
track 1 during playback.

Press [PLAY (DISPLAY)].

Press [FADER/MUTE] so that the TR (track) indicator is lit.

Select the track that you wish to playback. Hold down [STOP]
and press the track 1 [STATUS] button. [STATUS] will light
green.

Press the [SELECT] button for the track channel to which you
wish to apply the effect. For this example, press the track
channel 1 [SELECT] button. [SELECT] will light, and the Track
Mixer display will appear.

Press [F2 (FX2In)]. If [F2] does not show "FX2In," first press
[PAGE] so that "FX2In" appears, and then press [F2 (FX2In)].
