MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
Follow the hourly or calendar intervals, whichever occurs first. More frequent service will
be required if working for prolonged periods under dusty, dry conditions, or when air-
borne debris is present or after extensive operation cutting tall, dry grass.
AFTER FIRST 5 HOURS
l Change engine oil
EVERY 5 HOURS OR DAILY
l Check oil level
l Remove grass debris from around engine, muffler / muffler guard and air ways in the
top cowl
l Remove grass debris from top and underside of deck housing
l Remove grass debris from the grassbag and check for signs of damage
l Check condition of guards and safety devices
l Check condition of cutterbar
EVERY 25 HOURS OR EVERY SEASON
l Change engine oil if continuously operating under heavy load or high ambient
temperature
l Lubricate wheels, pivot points and linkages
l Grease inner control cables at point of entry and exit from their outer casings
l Check clutch cable adjustment
l Sharpen cutterbar
