ANSWERING MACHINE

Recording a memo

This function allows you to place a personal message on your
answering machine. Whilst it will not be heard, it will be regarded
as a new message by the answering machine.
Go to »Menu« / »Answ. Machine« / »Record Memo«.
Press »O O K« to switch to memo record mode; the heading
»Memo« is shown on the display.
Press the »B B ACK« key to return to the previous menu.
Press the »O O K« key to interrupt recording.

Selecting answer machine mode

Go to »Menu« / »Answ. Machine« / »Answ. Mode.«.
Select answer machine mode by moving the browser up
down .
- R R ecorder : To activate the answering machine recorder.
- A A nswer only. : To activate the answering machine only.
The announcement to be used will be played.
Selecting an outgoing message
Go to »Menu« / »Answ. Machine« / »Answ. Mode«.
Select the announcement mode you wish to personalize by
moving the browser up
Press »O O K« key.
- P P ersonalized : selects the personalized announcement of the
answering machine mode (simple or recorder).
- P P redefined : selects the predefined announcement of the
answering machine mode (simple or recorder).
Recording an outgoing message
This function is used to customise the outgoing messages from
your answering machine.
Go to »Menu« / »Answ. Machine« / »Answ. Mode«.
Select the announcement mode you wish to personalize by
moving the browser up
