Setting an appointment (Calendar)
The name is displayed for anniversaries, while
the entered text is displayed for appointments
along with the date and time.

Off SMS
You can either deactivate or answer an
appointment reminder:

Press the display key to deactivate
the appointment reminder.
or:
§SMS
Press the display key to respond
to the appointment reminder
with an SMS.
Please note
During a call, the appointment reminder is
only signalled by a short tone.

endar and press the control key

Select appointment for the day.
You have the following options:

Press the display key and edit or
confirm the entry.
or

Open the menu for editing, delet-
ing and activating/deactivating.
Deleting all appointments for one day

All appointments are deleted.

Displaying missed
appointments, anniversaries
Missed appointments/anniversaries
(¢ page 25) are displayed in the Missed
Alarms List if:
u You do not accept an appointment/anniver-
sary.
u The appointment/anniversary was sig-
nalled during a phone call.
u The handset is deactivated at the time of
the appointment/anniversary.
u Automatic Redial was activated at the time
of an appointment/anniversary
(¢ page 26).

The icon and the number of new entries
are shown in the display. The most recent entry
is at the head of the list.
Open the list by selecting the message key
(¢ page 27) or via the menu:

Select appointment/anniversary.
Information about the appoint-
ment/anniversary is displayed. A
missed appointment is displayed
with the appointment name and a
missed anniversary is displayed
with the last name and first name.
The date and time will also be
given.
§Delete§
Delete appointment.
§SMS§
Write an SMS.
If ten entries are already stored in the list, the
next appointment reminder will delete the old-
est entry.
