DESCRIPTION
The built in griddle is made of restaurant quality
aluminum coated with titanium. This produces a
surface with even heat that is easy to clean.
A maple chopping block and stainless steel cover
are available as accessories and are purchased
separately. Both are sized to fit on top of the surface
when the griddle is not being used.
The maple chopping block and stainless steel cover
must be removed before turning the griddle on.
The electric griddle element is rated 120 volts AC,
1,600 watts.
CAUTION:
The griddle element is hot after use. Allow
sufficient time for griddle components to
cool before cleaning.
