The custom size settings can only be specified from the printer driver
setup dialog box, which can be displayed from the Printers window
(Printers and Faxes window for Windows XP/Server 2003).
If using long paper, specify the size of the long paper in Custom Size. For
details, refer to "Printing on Banner Paper" on page 10-41.
