7 Do this step only if your PC has a VRM.
If no replacement VRM is provided with the new processor, leave
the existing VRM in place.
If the new processor comes with a replacement VRM, remove the
old VRM by unclipping the two white tabs, and then slide the
module up and out of the socket. Slide the new VRM into the socket,
pressing it down firmly. Push the two white tabs back into place.
The VRM module goes in one way only.
8 Replace the computer's power supply and cover. Reconnect all
cables and power cords.
