Press the Item key on the
control panel twice.
Check that "TRAY 1 PAPER
A4 " appears on the
message display.
Press the Up/Down key on
the control panel to select the
paper size setting that
corresponds to the size of the
paper in Tray 1.

INVOICE/ JIS B5/ LEGAL/
EXECUTIVE/ COM10/ C5/
DL/ MONARCH/ J-POST>
Press the Enter key.
Check that an asterisk " "
appears on the right end of the
message display. The asterisk
indicates that the setting has
been confirmed.
Press the On Line key on the
control panel.
Check that "READY" appears
on the message display.
Make sure that the On Line
indicator lights up.
This completes the procedure
for setting the paper size for
Tray 1.
