• You cannot use Legal-sized paper for color printing. Only Black and
White printing can be allowed on Legal-sized paper.
• You cannot use Legal-sized thick paper.
• Generally, envelopes perform well, but some types may wrinkle. We
strongly recommend testing any type of envelope before buying it in
large amounts.
Copies
This setting specifies the number of copies of a document that will be
output by the printer. You can enter a number from 1 to 999 by typing
it into the
Copies
buttons. The factory default for this setting is one.
Orientation
This setting determines the direction of the text when it is printed on
the page. A
Portrait
printed text is viewed upright. A
