ISTEP 101 INSTALL 1/4" FRAMED PANELS
Go to Step9Afor OverlayPanels
Install door panels:
•
Open
door to 90 °. ]_.elnove tile 6
Phillips
head screws
fl'om tile door handle.
• Remove handle. Retain all screws.
• Remove 6 screws holding trim, lift off trim. Retain
scFews.
• Slide fl'amed panel into tile door trim.
Dispenser Models Only:
• Tile dispenser controls prottude bevond tile lace of
tile fl'eezer door. To avoid damage to tile dispenser.
tile trim at tile top of tile door should be removed.
• P,emove the screws holding the top trim in place.
• Place the fl'eezer panel into the bottom channel and
slide into the hinge side trim.
• Reinstall the top trim piece with screws.
• There are two sets of holes in tile handle side trim.
Replace handle side trim by installing the original
screws in the FRONT screw holes.
• Secure the handle to the door using the REAR screw
holes.
• Follow tile same procedures to install tile opposite
panel.
• Check to be sure handles are evenly aligned with each
other at tile top. To a(!just, loosen handle screws and
slide up or down. Tighten screws.
NOTE: Aluminum
cover trim is supplied fi)r use with
custom handles on overlay panels. It is not intended for
use with 1/4" panels. Discard tile cover trim when using
1/
4" ti'amed
panels.
