Wheels
Frequency: Inspect and maintain before each use .
Inspect
Rims Inspect for dirt and grease
Wheels Check the wheels are securely fastened to
the tricycle and axle nuts are tight .
Spin wheel and check that rotation and
alignment are true
Spokes Check for broken or loose spokes
Hub Bearings Lift each wheel and see if there is movement
side to side

Action Maintenance
Use a clean rag or wash with soapy water,
rinse, and air dry .
Adjust if necessary and tighten axle nuts .
