The Main Menu Screen; Load Pictures From Vip Disk - MagicBox VIP User Manual

If you are using the remote control to turn on the VIP unit, you should see
the splash screen in less than five seconds. When first applying power, the
unit will boot in less than 20 seconds. Once booted, the splash screen will
disappear and one of the following will occur:
If no floppy disk is inserted, the main menu screen will appear.
If a floppy disk is inserted, then the unit will switch to the gallery
view and begin loading pages. After the pages have loaded, they
will begin playing automatically.

The Main Menu Screen

If no disk is inserted in the VIP unit, you will be taken to the Main Menu
screen when you turn the unit on. This screen appears below:
The main menu screen offers two choices:

Load Pictures From VIP Disk

Selecting the disk icon will make the VIP unit start loading your
pages from a disk. Normally, this is done automatically whenever
you insert a disk, but sometimes the VIP unit might not notice a disk
change. You can then use this menu option to force the VIP unit to
load the disk.
If no disk is inserted, you will receive an error message.
